Delivery Information

It is our aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that deliveries outside UK may take a little bit longer to reach their destination. Some of our products may come directly from the manufacturers, and this again may take a little longer.

The delivery price is dependent on the delivery method you choose and the quantity of the items; this could be either a standard or an expedited delivery service. The cost of postage will be shown at the checkout stage. We also provide free UK standard delivery when you spend £150 or more.

UK Standard Delivery:

Standard UK delivery is £7.00* or free when you spend £150 or more. Most orders will be delivered in 5-7 working days or less. Delivery cost may change depending on the quantity and weight of goods ordered.

UK Expedited Delivery:

Expedited UK delivery is £8.00*. Most orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days or less. Delivery cost may change depending on the quantity and weight of goods ordered.

UK Priority Delivery:

Priority UK delivery is £9.00*. Most orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days or less. Delivery cost may change depending on the quantity and weight of goods ordered.

International Delivery:

We are now able to offer customers in Canada, United States of America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to order and buy clothing online. Please note that the above mentioned prices and delivery times are based on Standard Delivery service. Unfortunately, we only offer Standard Delivery service for International Deliveries at the moment. However, special arrangements can be made in certain situations where our international customers will require Expedited Delivery service for quick delivery of their order(s).

Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over the bank holiday weekends. We suggest allowing an additional 2-3 days for your packages to arrive before inquiring about the lost or missing items. It is up to you to make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.

Free Shipping:

When you place an order of £150 or more then you are eligible for free UK Standard Delivery. Please note that this offer is only valid when the purchase is made under a single transaction (same order number), totaling an amount of £150 or more. Unfortunately, customer(s) placing multiple orders reaching the target amount will not be able to avail this offer. Free shipping is not available on international orders.

Delivery Delays:

We always aim to deliver your order within the mentioned time frame. Unfortunately, there are times when an unavoidable situation means this cannot happen. In such a situation we will always attempt to contact you to let you know if there is a problem.

Payment and VAT:

We only accept payment in Pound Sterling (£) and by credit or debit card or PayPal. If other payment methods are added you will be able to see them during checkout. All prices shown on the website for both items and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.

General FAQs:

How will my items be delivered?

All our items are delivered direct to your door between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Time and days may differ in case of international delivery.

What is a Business/Working Day?

A business day/working day refers to the typical hours in a day when normal business operations take place. Typically, these are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

What if I’m not in to receive the delivery?

Our couriers will try to deliver your parcel to you at your door. If you’re not in when we arrive with your delivery, we’ll leave a card to tell you we’ve called. We will normally deliver again the next working day. However, in certain cases when you are not there to receive your delivery, we may leave the package safely at your door step or give it to your neighbor, leaving a note behind for you.

You will be provided with a Tracking Number for your delivery through email once your order is dispatched. Once we have delivered your parcel we will automatically update your order status on your account.

Is there anywhere you don’t deliver to in the UK?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver orders to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses; we may restrict other postcodes at our discretion and we will advise you of this before shipping your order. If, for any other reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that product.

If we will have any problems verifying your physical address, we will contact you about confirming your provided address or to give us an alternate shipping address.

What about custom charges?

No customs charges are payable for items shipped to and from UK. However, you may have to pay customs charges if your order is shipped from outside the UK. Other countries may be subject to additional charges for import duties and taxes. Customs requirements vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for accurate information. Conesole is not responsible for these additional charges and delivery delays caused by customs.

What if an item I order goes out of stock?

Since we deal on first come, first served basis. Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the case where the item is out of stock at Conesole and at our suppliers, you will be notified by email. We can offer you another color or size in the same style which is available or can offer you your full refund.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We try our best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible. You can change/cancel an order within 6 hours with or without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 6 hours from the time of purchase and the customer will be liable to pay for the return charges.

Please check our ‘Returns and Cancellations’ section for more information on returning or cancelling an unwanted item.

Has my order been shipped?

We aim to ship all orders on the same day when the order was placed. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (from Monday to Friday, between 7am to 8pm BST, excluding special holidays or weekends). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is confirmed and shipped.

Do you do International Delivery?

Yes, we are proud to say that we ship worldwide. However, your packages may be subject to import duties, taxes and custom charges by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are always the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Shipping charges are not refundable for undelivered orders or refused shipments.
